Before a new resident moves in, every home goes through a comprehensive make-ready process to ensure it meets our quality standards. Our team completes a full inspection, professional cleaning, necessary repairs, fresh paint as needed, and tests all appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems. Each home is then finalized with a quality check so it’s clean, secure, and truly move-in ready.

The Centennial Hills Transit Center and Park & Ride is located at 7313 Grand Montecito Pkwy. near the US 95 and Durango Drive interchange. As well as transit stops in the general vicinty.
